Hey guys! The weekend cometh.

So a great community member, PRACTIK, has created a TV Tropes page for the comic and there's been a good start here - if there's any Tropers present that feel like contributing, please feel free to have a go :)

Check it out here

Yay Hugh’s alive Hugh’s alive yay!

...I mean, the dream more or less confirmed it, but still, very good to see the big guy conscious and coherent. It’s not explicitely confirmed, but the way he’s reacting, it looks like he can see, too! I note that either it wasn’t possible or it wasn’t prudent to remove his little exoskeletal modifier, which is interesting; I wonder what effect it had (positive or negative), if any, on the rate at which he healed?

Indeed :D

It would seem he can see, but just how WELL can he see? We'll have to.. see.. heheh.

In terms of the Stone Heart - it reacts based on 'intent', which partly relies on the user themselves being cognizant of a threat. Now that he's awake, there might be a problem..

Wow! Hugh looks absolutely healed other than getting bit of a tan! :D
I am mostly glad his eyesight is okay. It looked serious.
Hm. Is it possible Cthulhu healed/restored him? That is how I am getting it.

Also, since I am not familiar with it, how serious it is Cthulhu appeared in his dream? Is that not a big deal? I do not know how many other people or monsters he visited but Hugh seems to be the only one so far? Just thinking how important that makes Hugh in the grand scheme. To the gods it is probably mostly meaningless since they have like forever and ever to do whatever they want and how many times they want even if they fail but it is not like you get visited by one of the most famous ones :D
It is like every god has someone on their string no matter who they are working for in the normal world. Those goals have to be pretty meaningless to most gods... hm.

There's a little burning and such, so, yeah, it's better than being dead, huh?

C'thulhu appearing in one's dream is a pretty big deal, but it's how he usually shows up. C'thulhu is technically 'dead', but can communicate psychically - an ability he used to reach artists around the globe and have them create sculpture and paintings of him as some sort of omen, or possibly recruitment tactic.

At some point in 1925 that all stopped.. but it looks like he still speaks to some?

IV? It must be a smart device, ie. "The slow blade penetrates the shield". At any rate it is good to see Hugh among the conscious. Looks like he had a flashback dream with a real time message. You have to wonder about the persistence of scars among the deep ones.Maybe it's just the equivalent of a sunburn.

Indeed, or a very simple one. If Hugh is not conscious to perceive a threat, it would appear the device simply doesn't work, heh. But yeah! Hugh's fine-ish, and hopefully these scars will fade :)

Hugh is not dead and Cthulhu is in the comic, i like it.

I was thinking about some stuff. Maby you want to move the patreon and the other links so they are easyer to spott (to the left or right of the comicpage perhaps).

Also if you go to some realy weard dimension or something in the storry. It can be a good time to switch artstyle....maby.

Well that was just some of the random things i was thinking of latly. Maby you find them useful.

I thought that people might like this part for those reasons :D

I want to move a few links onto the page but I just don't have the knowhow. I'm trying to hire someone to make a new website design for me, currently waiting on availability/pricing.

I do plan on being most experimental when in different dimensions or spaces, yes :) Thank you for the suggestions!

Okay, I was right about it being a dream sequence, but wrong about it being from when Hugh was young. Now, the question becomes not what he was told, but why.

It's a dream he had about his young self, and something that apparently happened to him - C'thulhu just found a moment to step in and get a word with him, eheheh.

We'll see how the god's warning plays out.. :D

Hmmmm... Are Hugh's eyes OK? So far he didn't mention anything, is that a "Yes"?
