The last two panels are really cool. Good torso work on Irwin as well. People have commented on the nature of Irwin and Thigg's relationship. One way to look at it was that Irwin was pretty much dead when Thigg found him so whatever he has now is gravy. Irwin has already made a pretty high sanity roll but given what Thigg is capable of, feeding Irwin a little something to keep him calm and focused wouldn't be too much of a reach.

Sorry for the slow responses to everyone here - I think you're in the right mindset, though, when it comes to Irwin and Thigg. If not for Thigg, Irwin would already be dead. He's essentially already dead, he just has more time now, so... whatever Thigg is up to, whatever! It's that or death, man, what do you pick? :D

Also, having both chemical and psychic influence on one's mind probably makes the whole concept easier to swallow.

Hm. The question is if Thigg is helping out Irwin to pay Jaunt back or he has his own mission. Probably that as he specifically entered Jaunt Dimension before. I mean, I know Jaunt probably made tons of enemies on both sides over the course of his life so blob guy might as well be an old friend...

And no. This trap is not going to work that easily :)

It could be! :D You know my tendency to not comment too directly on speculation, heheh, always appreciate seeing it though :)

As for the trap, mayhap we get to see how that goes before too terribly long...

Pretty good plan. Assuming that the shambler is stepping through the next portal he opens, and not sending someone else to go for a pizza...

The integration of Irwin and Thigg, body and purpose, continues. They make a formidable opponent for Jaunt.

This is not like a martial arts movie where the hero goes up against a bunch of mooks (who stupidly always attack one at time). We readers have no way of anticipating who will be victorious when the dust settles. Or maybe it will be a case of both sides licking their wounds and retiring to consider their next moves.

I like the transition in the final panel. You are really exploring the artistic possibilities that story telling in sequential art offers. Well done.

I'm glad you think so :)

I'm glad that coming conflicts have no obvious resolution, that's what I've been hoping the feeling would be around now. I promise we get to see in not too long :D

Ah thanks! That last panel pairing is the sort of thing I used to do when I was less skilled, I wanted to try and get more adventurous with paneling again and see if it works out. Looks like people like it!

The last split is an amazing transition! It shows how similar yet different these two are :')

You know it! Like, apparently Chase likes to keep his eyebrows big???

Literally one of the more confusing directions my character design has gone for me XD
