Howdy hi - sorry, no commentary today. My brain doesn't seem to be working properly - I hope everyone's having a decent week!

Do not want to be cheesy but I guess you know how to show what kind of personality Jaunt has because he sat down with his henchman on the dirty ground like it is cool :O

The rest is kind of questionable though. Mad science D:
Tbh, the best way to prove the effect is to be a jerk and STAB him like a killer!

Ahh! I was hoping someone would catch it :)

I figure Jaunt is trying to figure out how to act 'down to earth' so to speak, so we get to see bits and pieces of it slipping in over time.

Jaunt isn't gonna betray his trust by trying to prove it with a stab XD

... he might not actually be sure if it works yet or not...

I love how it's several panels of building trust and then suddenly "Okay, so I'mma try to stab you."

The emotions displayed in the last two panels show that you have a real talent when it comes to drawing non-human faces. Jaunt looks positively gleeful to begin the test. Hugh, not so much. <g>

If only I could figure out how to do the same thing with humans :D I'm drawing them again on my current pages and I'm just so bothered I can't seem to nail it down.

Thank you, though! :)

Okay Hugh, spread your hand out on that table. We're going to play a game.

Excellent, Hugh. And now that you've been through that, I'm going to stab you. Ready?

Jaunt looks way too happy in that last panel at the prospect of testing the stone heart...

Naturally, Jaunt would only start with a pinprick, rather than a full stab. Of course, that's unless its a 'Slow Blade Pierces The Shield" deal, and the effect requires a fast strike to trigger...
