... that ain't heterochromia, that gold eye's some kinda artifact implant.
... probably on the same level as the millennium eye Pegasus from Yu-gi-oh had to boot going by the run of things so far.

Ya. It is not just the iris. The whole eye looks out of place.
I would say eldritch tech once again but that would be kind of convenient and I have no idea HOW would the guy get something of that sort...
But then nothing else was probably possible back then...
