We're finally being introduced to oooone more faction... believe it or not, this is when I can really shift gears on this plot, after this chapter :')

Let's play the "Can Seth draw a new character with any consistency?" game - spoiler alert: Nope!

So, is the bald man Illuminati or part of some such secret organization focused on fighting beings not native to our earth?

I don't see a problem with consistency. Really good backgrounds, dang.

Eeeh, bottom left panel did not turn out how I wanted, and in the coming pages you'll see what I'm talking about...

But thank you! The backgrounds were a bit of work on this one, heh.

Because why not? More trouble! Man. It is really best to just donate to the fishmen, huh.
Too soon to say but is this the faction that appears at a bad moment and complicates the established thread of events?
You know... Like in telenovelas. Not in a bad way but the only example I could come up with :D -_-;

Hah! :D

You'll just have to wait and see what role these guys play :D No commentary on speculation from me!

I have to ask, though, what's a telenovela? Is that like a soap opera? Probably just different terms for the same thing.

Fun comic history fact-

When Lex Luhor first appeared, he had a full head of orange hair. In one issue, he was drawn entirely bald by mistake, and that design ended up becoming his regular appearance. Later they added some backstory with a lab accident to explain the sudden change.

So when it comes to character consistency in comics, I think the bar has been set pretty low. As long as you don't somehow forget which character is bald and which character has orange hair, you're doing better than the Superman writers.

Haha, oh god, I didn't know that... I do know that those real comic teams are usually a sketch artist, inker, and a colorist, so there's room for miscommunication and misunderstanding when it comes to character design. I'm not worried about the hair and the outfit so much as the face, which I am always really really bad at with new characters...

and in my production I have only three people to blame for this issue: Me, Myself, and I

The Feds became aware of the goings on at Innsmouth as a result of an investigation into bootlegging. I wonder if we are going to get to meet some of the Massachusetts-based colleagues of Elliot Ness, who was based in Chicago.

Ah, Delta Green (Or the agency that will eventually become Delta Green) has arrived. The plot thickens.

You know I was unaware of Delta Green? I guess that's because I've never played Call of Cthulhu proper - that was outside of my RP group's selection of games :(

My name is Roy;
I am a Fed;
I always know;
Which paths you've tread;
Your door was locked;
But I got through;
Because I'd like;
To question you
