Aaaagh problems with word balloons again. This is what I get for trying to blaze through as much dialogue as I can manage on one page :')

To be honest, I think the word balloons on the page is perfectly fine.

Wonder what Clara found out?

I think your word balloons are fine. Nothing stuck out to me before I read your author's note. Plus, your vision of The Great Cthulhu is solid.

Hey thanks :D Glad it wasn't too distracting, then.

And I appreciate it >:D I like to think every artist that draws or sculpts C'thulhu in the mythos creates a visage that is altered by their own perspective, so they end up looking slightly different amongst everyone.

Yeah. I still suspect the Don because the last panel probably is not courtesy... I have nothing relevant to pin on him though. Could be just really interested in this. Wanting a piece of that mystery cracked as well. Cool guy actually.

Good of you to give Clara some screen to be honest. The muscle did his job, the brain now needs to think about the next step!

It could be... maybe he's a not so bad guy that's tied up in bad work? Time may tell...

And yeah! I can't wait to get Clara more on the forefront, Chase did his job, now she gets to put her knowledge to use :D

No, I think he's genuinely interested -- after all, he doesn't just collect them, he's researched their background, too -- but it doesn't hurt that the resident scholar is an attractive young woman with a personal debt to his family!
