This may not be the first time they've had a disagreement about something like this...

I think last time they were interrupted in the hotel room though that was probably something else.

I totally get Chase but this argument is pointless because well, there is only one highly certain truth when you cross Jaunt unless you are miraculously prepared!
Chase comes across as hot-headed to me but not as emotional. Interesting. On the other hand, the current situation is damn pressuring.

(OMG his bro looks a bit like JonTron :O )

Ah, I meant more that they had talks like this before the story started, but yeah, they haven't got a lot of time to chat, so far :'D

Chase's faith might seem misplaced to a more logical person like Clara, though, especially when the odds are so stacked against someone that's not prepared... and I'm trying to see the JonTron, and I kind of do :'D

Oh dear.

These two don't get along very well :')

Thank you, though, I'm still trying to get back into the swing of things from all these trips and stuff..

The Hair!!

Aah! I love how you're having Clara's hair move in these pages.
Back on the motorcycle was good in a "flying everywhere because of turbulence" way, but didn't convey a lot of meaning beyond that. It didn't need to. But here in this quiet barn, especially panel 5, every swish accentuates the actual motions her head and posture are going through.
I know you've done a lot over time to hone your style and it's little details like this, as that really up the believeability for me.

Oh my :D

Thank you so much, I've been trying to get it all figured out, yeah - I didn't like the hair on any of my characters. I haven't figured Chase out, yet, but I will.

I'm glad these improvements were noticed, though!

Oh? He doesn't have a ginger Alfalfa look?

Oh dear, now I just have a mental image of that peak of hair springing higher when he kisses someone...

I mean, sorta? But I'm not convinced by it. I need to figure out how to draw it better then implement it later.

Do they know they're characters in a story? I might choose to have faith, too!

Love your use of lighting and shadow!!

Nawwww, I dunno what you're talking about! Stuff about no on-screen deaths, etc. He's gotta be super dead!

Thank you so much, though, I feel like I've come a long way since the start, heh!

Hmm... ordinarily, I go with Clara, but as an eternal optimist, I'm actually backing Chases's play this time.

Since we're dealing with the supernatural here...

5 bucks says that dear ol' Big bro is recovering in some eldritch dimension due to unlikely new friends stepping in.

In this situation, no one's really dead unless you see the body.
And even then that could be faked so best rule of thumb is that no one is dead unless you were present for them being killed.
